Returns Policy

Returning an item to PrivyToys.com

Here at PrivyToys.com we want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. We offer a 365 day exchange or refund policy on any unopened or unused product that is in the original condition and packaging. Also if the item you have purchased is termed to be faulty, you have 30 days within which to return it, whereby you can have a full refund or exchange.

Once you have completed the returns form, please re-package your products as safe and secure as you can for delivery. Please obtain and keep in a safe place as proof of posting for your product, in case the carrier or Royal mail loses your item in transit.

THE RETURNING PRODUCT

There are certain conditions that apply for us to be able to process your return; the item/s has to be in the same condition as when we dispatched it to you. Items that look or have been worn will be returned to you and charged if there is any postage involved.

So if it is lingerie, swimwear, or clothing of any kind please try these items on over your own underwear; We are bound by health and safety regulations, so anything returned that appears to have been worn, labelling removed, or carry’s any staining, hair, makeup, tan or suchlike will be returned to you.

Also any items such as potions, lotions, lubricants, condoms, oils, creams, tablets, aroma’s etc that have had their wrapping or seals broken, again for health and safety reasons we are unable to accept as a return. Please note there are no exceptions to these rulings. By following these rulings you will be secure in the knowledge that there will be no issues with your refund or exchange.

Once we have received your return, we will process your refund, exchange or return within our 30 day guideline; but normally much earlier than within this timeframe.

Products that require a refund will be put through to the same method the original transaction took place, and paid back to the same payment process you originally used. Reimbursement payments made back to you, usually take 5-7 days this is dependent on your banking.

EXCHANGE

An exchange can only be allowed, if your product is returned in a satisfactory condition, this means all labelling, tags, wrapping etc is as it was when it was dispatched, and no damage has occurred to the product, also no marking or staining etc, and be in a resalable condition.

We obviously do not wish you to have a product that you are unhappy with, please include a note on your returns form detailing the item/s which you would like as a replacement and we will do our best to get this product/s back to you, normally within a 14 day period. Please remember to quote any order No’s in any contact, as we cannot process your claim, or it makes it difficult to process it without it.

These return policies do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
